Was tricked into thinking i had to go through them for a birth certificate, Sent in my application and a week latter i called the government to find out why i hadn't head anything, I turns out that legal express didn't even bother to send my application in. when you quote a 4-6 day delivery time and on day 6 you haven't even sent in the application to the gov, No on in their right mind would use this company willingly "we'll charge you more then the gov and make you wait longer' the only good thing is i used a pre paid card so the application that's been sitting in your fax machine doesn't have my actually credit card info
